An employee was moving a bundle of I-beams on a conveyor when the employee's finger was pinched and amputated under a bundle.
An employee was walking down the incline of a concrete culvert. His left foot slipped. The right toe of his boot caught the ground and he then fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fracture to his right ankle and was hospitalized.
Two employees were moving a 566-pound railing from a work table onto the floor. One employee was sliding it off while the injured employee was manually lifting it off the table. The railing fell onto the injured employee's left thigh, causing a hematoma and a sprained little finger.
