Final narrative
Two employees were moving a 566-pound railing from a work table onto the floor. One employee was sliding it off while the injured employee was manually lifting it off the table. The railing fell onto the injured employee's left thigh, causing a hematoma and a sprained little finger.
An employee was walking down the incline of a concrete culvert. His left foot slipped. The right toe of his boot caught the ground and he then fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fracture to his right ankle and was hospitalized.
An employee was getting ready to tack weld a bearing plate into place when the bearing plate slipped out of the vise grip clamp and landed on their left foot between the steel toe cap and the metatarsal guard. The employee sustained two fractured toes and was hospitalized.
