On February 18, 2016, an employee was checking freight material that had been loaded into trailers when a coworker hit him with a powered industrial vehicle. He sustained broken bones in his foot, as well as bruises and lacerations to both legs.

An employee was unloading a trailer. He did not lower the dock plate because there was a drum too close to the end of the trailer. While stepping from the dock to the trailer to move the drum, the employee fell between the trailer and dock. The drum then rolled onto his leg and crushed it between the dock and trailer. His leg broke and required surgery.
An employee was walking back to her workstation. A forklift reversed a short distance, then completed a U-turn and struck her, running over her lower extremities. She was hospitalized with a broken ankle.
