Final narrative
An employee was operating a boring mill and measuring a hole that was to be drilled in a cross beam when their sleeve was caught in the drill bit. The force from the boring machine caused the employee to flip over and land on the ground, suffering cracked right ribs, a collapsed right lung, right kidney bleeding, and a rash burn to the arms and neck.
An employee was adjusting a steel plate on top of an I-beam so that they could be welded together for an order. The metal plate fell onto the employee's left middle finger, resulting in amputation. Their ring finger was also injured.
An employee was lifting a steel flat bar onto rollers to straighten it. The employee's left ring finger was caught between a roller and the bar, causing an amputation to the fingertip.

The forklift movement caused some tubes to fall and strike the employee, resulting in an open fracture of his left hand.

The hub assembly was not secured in the chuck when the crane support was removed, and the employee's right little finger was caught between the hub assembly and the inside of the lathe. The fingertip was amputated.
