On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
An employee was unloading a newspaper delivery truck. As he backed out of the truck onto a dock, with the papers on a pallet carried by an electric pallet jack, the truck rolled away from the dock and he fell to the ground. The pallet jack and the pallet with papers fell onto him. He suffered a broken left tibia and a left ankle injury.
An employee was performing maintenance on a spiral conveyor. As the employee cleaned excess lubricant away with a rag, the chain on the conveyor caught the rag and pulled in the employee's right hand. The employee suffered an amputation to the middle finger.
