On August 12, 2025, an employee was scraping material off a stainless steel roller on the wrapper line when their left hand was pulled into the rollers. The employee sustained a finger amputation.

An employee was tagging a load when they tripped over the corner of an outfeed conveyor and fell to the floor, resulting in a femur fracture.

An employee backed a stand-up powered industrial truck (PIT) into the battery charging area. He dismounted the PIT and it moved forward, catching his ankle against the guardrail of the charging area. The employee's ankle was fractured and he was hospitalized.

An employee was in a powered industrial vehicle (PIV), pulling down racks. One of the racks tilted and its top portion struck his head. He suffered a head injury that required staples.

As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
