On or about May 20, 2016, at 8:10 a.m., an employee was operating a walkie rider pallet jack in walkie mode when the pallet jack backed over him. His left leg was pinned between the jack and a large metal tank, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
On April 29, 2024, an employee was adjusting a sensor on the meat separator machine when the machine injured the employee's left hand resulting in surgical amputation of the hand.
