An employee was about to clear a blockage on a 4-foot conveyor when he slipped and fell to the ground, landing on and bruising his hip.
An employee was working on top of a conveyor cover, 3 feet above the ground, when his right foot was caught in a gap between a piece of fire suppression pipe and the conveyor top. He lost his balance and fell while his right foot was still hung in the gap. He suffered a compound fracture of the right lower leg and was hospitalized.
