On September 5, 2024, at around 6:04 PM, an employee was leaving work for the day, tripped over the foot of a TV stand in the breakroom, and hit their head on a table. The employee was hospitalized with a laceration to the right side of their forehead.

The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

An employee was on a step ladder in a store aisle, making room on shelving for merchandise. She fell from the step ladder to the floor, suffering two fractures in her left leg. She was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
