An employee was installing light fixtures when he came in contact with live electrical wires and sustained a shock. He then fell approximately 14 feet from a 16-foot ladder, breaking his ankle and requiring surgery.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
