Final narrative
An employee was working from a 10 foot step ladder on an overhead register vent. As the employee went to pull down the register, he fell backwards about 5 feet to the floor below and fractured his right ankle. The employee required surgery to his ankle and was admitted to the hospital.
An employee was removing a line on a rooftop air conditioning unit. The employee applied heat to the line with a brazing tool to separate it. Residual oil ignited and sprayed out of the unit, causing second-degree burns to the employee's hands and abdomen.
