On July 12, 2016, an employee was admitted to the hospital as a result of crushing injuries that resulted in a laceration across the palm of the hand. The employee was cleaning the rollers on a roll coater machine with a cotton shop rag when a hand was pulled into an in-running nip-point between rollers.

The employee sustained a laceration and contusions to the back of their head and left shoulder.
