An employee was replacing the undercarriage on a dozer when a lifting hook became stuck between the track and the machine. The employee was freeing the hook by lifting the track using an overhead crane when the hook slipped off the track and struck them in the jaw. The employee sustained a fracture to their upper jaw.

An employee was lifting the cab off a skid steer. As the cab was being lifted and tilted back, the cab door swung down and pinched the employee's right ring finger resulting in a partial amputation.
