An employee was tubing when she hit her head and suffered a concussion.
An employee was moving a dock with another employee when his hand was caught between the dock board and a pipe, incurring severe lacerations that required hospitalization and surgery.
An employee was replacing the rubber gasket on a dredge boat's discharge pipe. The dredge boat was moving with the waves, which pushed the dredge pipe into the pontoon of the boat. The employee was holding the end of the dredge pipe when it struck the pontoon of the boat. The employee's right index finger was caught between the end of the pipe and the pontoon, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
An employee was loading cargo ship containers when he was caught between two cargo ship containers, resulting in a broken arm and ribs. He was hospitalized.

An employee and two volunteers were constructing a fence at a jobsite when they were victims of an armed robbery. The employee suffered bullet wounds to the his right forearm, left little and ring fingers, lower abdomen, chest, neck, and cheek, resulting in hospitalization and multiple surgeries. One of the volunteers also suffered gunshot injuries and was treated and released.
An employee fell from ladder to the ground and sustained multiple injuries. He was climbing from a stairwell platform to access the roof hatch to assess the HVAC unit. The distance from the platform to the roof is 12 feet. As he was climbing through the roof hatch the ladder slid from its position and the employee fell backward, head first onto the ladder that had become wedged between the stairwell walls. His left leg/boot became caught in one of the ladder rungs and he was suspended from the ladder. He managed to free his left foot before landing on the stairwell platform. He was found on the floor, lying on his back with a portion of the ladder on top of him and experienced pain in his left shoulder and left arm.
An employee was putting glasses away after their shift at the bar. A glass fell from the shelf and struck the employee's right wrist. The glass broke and lacerated an artery, two tendons, and a nerve in the wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
