He was removing the dough when his glove got stuck to the conveyor, pulling his left hand and arm into the tunnel of the conveyor. The employee was hospitalized with a broken arm. The conveyor was not guarded at the time.

An employee was baking dough and went to grab some dough when the machine started and the knife lacerated his right ring finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation. The machine was guarded at the time.

At 1:00 p.m., on May 23, 2022, an employee was pulling the strap to close a roll-up trailer door when the door came down on his left ring fingertip. The fingertip was amputated.
