An employee was tossing a damaged toilet into a compactor. The toilet bounced off the compactor and lacerated the employee's right wrist, cutting an artery and tendon.

The hammer hit the edge of the drum, which caused a metal piece to splinter off and strike the employee's cheek just below the left eye. The metal splinter embedded in the back of their eye socket, resulting in pain, swelling, and bleeding that required hospitalization.

An employee was pushing a line of carts into a vestibule when the door cable snapped and struck his right ankle. The employee suffered a fracture that required surgery and hospitalization.

A team of employees was moving boats from one slip in a marina to another using rope. An employee slipped while moving around in a boat and suffered a broken left femur.

After motioning a camper forward, he turned to head back to the guard shack and the first rear tire of the camper struck his left foot and he fell to the ground. The second rear wheel went over his right leg, resulting in a fractured femur. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee helped to load garbage onto a boat. The boat bumped into a piling, causing the employee to fall in the water. The propeller of the boat lacerated his lower left leg from the knee to the foot.

An employee was washing a boat when they fell from the boat to the ground. The employee sustained a compression fracture to a vertebra.

An employee was using a sledgehammer to remove a large prop with a knocker that was attached to a boat when the sledgehammer broke and a metal chip flew into his eye. This resulted in a laceration to his eye that required surgery.

An employee was talking to a child on the playground, when the child grabbed her hand to lead her away. The employee stepped, lost her balance, and fell over. The employee was hospitalized with a fracture of her lower left leg and required surgery.

An employee was struck by a plasma cutter and suffered a broken left tibia and fibula. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was walking through a parking garage. She tripped over a curb and fell forward onto her right knee, then her left knee, both hands, and her face. She suffered an injury to the left knee that required surgery, as well as scrapes on the chin and both palms and soreness in the left wrist.

An employee was using a hose to clear storm drains after a sewer backup. The employee fell backward and his head struck the curb, resulting in an Injury on the right side of his head, generalized bruising, and pain in his left ankle, right hip, left shoulder, and neck. The employee was hospitalized.
