On March 8, 2022, an employee was driving a stand-up forklift when it ran into a walkie-rider forklift. The employee's foot was caught between the two forklifts, and the employee suffered an amputation to the big toe, a partial amputation to the second toe, a dislocation to the third toe, and fractures to the fourth toe. The employee was hospitalized.
