The trailer's outside tires dropped off the pavement, causing the trailer to tip. As the trailer tipped over, the straps holding the logs broke. The employee, standing approximately 20 feet away, began running and was struck by the rolling logs, suffering multiple fractures to the face, hip, pelvis, neck, and back.
