Final narrative
An employee was stepping into a lime loader truck when his knee popped and he fell to the ground. He tore a ligament in his left knee.
An employee was filling and sealing 50-pound bags of fertilizer. The employee was correcting the alignment of a bag going into the sealer unit when his right middle finger was caught. He suffered a fingertip amputation.
After spraying a field with pesticides, an employee was preparing to drive the sprayer back to the facility. The employee had to fold the booms to leave the field, and an outrigger breakaway weld had broken on one boom, requiring manual effort to fold it. The employee was using a ratchet strap to help fold the boom when the employee's hand/fingers were caught in a pinch point, resulting in the amputation of two fingers.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
