An employee tripped over a chair in the automotive store while attempting to put the delivery vehicle keys away. The employee fell to the cement floor and suffered a broken left hip.
An employee was lifting a battery when he heard a "pop." The employee had cellulitis of the arm and the wound began oozing. The employee was sent to the hospital for treatment.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
