An employee was walking from the printer to a desk when her right foot became caught on the corner leg of a desk. She lost her balance and fell to the floor, injuring her left hip.
An employee was moving bar stock. The employee's left index finger was caught and crushed between a conveyor roller and a piece of the stock. The finger was medically amputated.
