On April 27, 2025, an employee was starting up the line for production. A roller of the powered conveyor between the washer and the flat oven was not rotating. The employee was adjusting the pulley from under the conveyor when their left arm was pulled into the rollers. The employee sustained a broken left radius, a broken left hand and a dislocated ulna.
An employee was loading a dish washing machine. A plate bumped against the machine and broke, lacerating the employee's left arm. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
Two Rycon employees were installing glass marker boards in a nearly completed space. Each employee had a suction cup on the face of the board and a hand on the bottom of the board.
