While moving materials across planking, an employee fell 11 feet to the ground, suffering a fractured right wrist.
A lift was being used to place a stack of ten scaffold planks on an erected scaffold. Several planks fell off the lift and hit an employee, pinning the employee's leg between the planks and construction equipment. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured leg.
