On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.

He sustained several injuries including a head contusion, a broken pelvic bone, broken ribs, a spinal injury, and a lower extremity injury. Both employees were hospitalized.

An employee was cutting a piece of foam on a table saw when he lost his grip on the foam and his right hand struck the saw blade. The employee sustained a laceration.

At about 11:15 a.m. on February 21, 2022, an employee was loading a reflector onto a punch machine. The punch activated and cycled. It came down on the employee's left hand, resulting in partial amputations to the middle and index fingers to at least the first knuckle.

An employee was operating a yard mule and fell from the vehicle, resulting in a broken hip.

At about 3:50 p.m., an employee was driving a forklift when it struck another, stopped forklift. She suffered an injury to her left ankle and was hospitalized.

An employee was readjusting a safety hook to remove hardware from gang forms when his feet slipped. He fell to the ground, resulting in a broken left arm and wrist.

An employee was on a step ladder in a store aisle, making room on shelving for merchandise. She fell from the step ladder to the floor, suffering two fractures in her left leg. She was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was closing the side cargo door to a company van. The tip of his finger got caught between the door and the door jamb, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee lost his footing while climbing an inclined ladder. He stumbled down one step and was able to stabilize himself by holding the railing and twisting his body, but he suffered an internal abdominal injury and was hospitalized.
