On March 30, 2017, an employee was walking across the parking lot when she tripped over a trailer hitch, fell, and suffered a broken bone.
An employee was feeding a reel onto the pasting machine. The tension tightened on the reel and it snapped. The employee was hit by the recoiling reel and his left index fingertip was amputated.
An employee was pushing a cart weighing approximately 384 pounds and attempted to push it over a hose. The cart tipped over and the handle fell on her left foot fracturing it. She was hospitalized for surgery.
