Final narrative
The injured employee was loading bundles of shingles onto a conveyor and sending them up to his partner who was stocking the bundles on the roof. The injured employee stepped onto the pallet to reach for the last bundle and the wood pallet broke. The injured employee lost his balance and fell off the truck bed to the concrete driveway below resulting in a fractured left heel.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
