Final narrative
On April 26, 2017, an employee was performing rescreening repair on the roof of a screened enclosure when he lost his footing and fell approximately 15 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized for a head injury, broken ribs, and a spinal injury.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
