Final narrative
An employee had delivered a package to a private residence when a dog ran out and chased him. While fleeing back to the truck, the employee fell into a ditch and fractured his left femur, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
An employee was assigned to work on both levels (upper and lower) to load and unload pallets. The employee entered the cargo door and stepped onto a roller/loader. The employee was hit by a moving pallet entering the right side of the top load (upper level) of the aircraft. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right foot.
An employee was repositioning a load on a pallet while a forklift was lifting the pallet for repositioning. The forks hit the crossbar on the opposite side of the pallet, causing it to thrust forward into the employee's right index finger, which got caught between the pallet and a package track.
