An employee was assigned to work on both levels (upper and lower) to load and unload pallets. The employee entered the cargo door and stepped onto a roller/loader. The employee was hit by a moving pallet entering the right side of the top load (upper level) of the aircraft. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right foot.

An employee was walking down stairs when they missed a step and fell to the ground, sustaining three broken ribs.

An employee was repositioning a load on a pallet while a forklift was lifting the pallet for repositioning. The forks hit the crossbar on the opposite side of the pallet, causing it to thrust forward into the employee's right index finger, which got caught between the pallet and a package track. During the fall, the employee's left hand struck a plastic jersey barrier directly beneath the dock bridge, resulting in a left wrist fracture.

An employee sustained a hernia while carrying a 25-pound gas cylinder. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
