An employee's hand was caught in a planer amputating his right thumb and index finger.
An employee was inside the saw box performing cleaning activities when the system was re-energized. The rollers activated, pulling the employee toward the saw blades. The employee was hospitalized with severe injuries including multiple lacerations, deep tissue damage, and fractures.
An employee was operating a restacker machine. The employee accessed the outfeed area, immediately to the right of the yellow guardrail, and the hoist came down hitting the employee and pinning him to the floor. The employee was found unconscious having suffered head and neck injuries.
