The employee lifted one box and placed it on an adjacent pallet. When he stood up and turned to get another box, he lost strength in his legs and fell to his knees. He was hospitalized with a back injury.

An employee was changing a saw blade when the saw machine activated. The employee's left ring and little fingers were amputated.
