An employee was attempting to move a box of labels, which weighed approximately 42 pounds. The box was located on a pallet on a lower shelf of a warehouse rack system. The employee lifted one box and placed it on an adjacent pallet. When he stood up and turned to get another box, he lost strength in his legs and fell to his knees. He was hospitalized with a back injury.
