An employee was working on a piece of electrical equipment when his wrench came in contact with an energized electrical box. An arc flash occurred, causing first and second degree burns to the employee.
An employee was troubleshooting an open circuit at the solar panel power generating area. When he disconnected the connectors from the power generating panel an arc flash occurred., causing third-degree burns to the tops and palms of each of his hands.
