On September 22, 2025, an employee tripped and fell over a permanent fixture (angle iron) that serves as a parking block in the back of a facility. He suffered a fractured right hip and was hospitalized.
An employee was replacing the drive tire on a standup forklift. He used a hydraulic jack to lift the forklift and remove the worn tire. While installing the new tire, the forklift came off the jack and pinned his left hand under the drive tire. The employee sustained a broken left hand and required surgical amputation of the little finger.
