On September 12, 2024, an employee was changing the die on the cookie depositor machine and the machine amputated their left little finger.

On August 7, 2020, an employee was pulling on a pie tin that was caught under a kick-off arm. The employee's left middle finger was pinched between the kick-off arm and the pie plate, and the fingertip was amputated.

An employee was wiping down a pastry press with a paper towel. The press pinched the employee's finger, causing the amputation of the fingertip.

While maneuvering the bar, the employee lost balance and fell backward onto the concrete floor, extending their right hand to catch themselves as they fell. The employee suffered two fractured bones in their wrist and one fractured bone in their right hand.

An employee was working near a conveyor when his left middle finger was caught in the conveyor. The employee required surgery and their finger was partially amputated.
