An employee was climbing down a step ladder when he missed a step. He tried to grab onto a ceiling tile on the drop ceiling, but it could not hold his weight and he fell to the ground, breaking his hip. He was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
