An employee was walking to catch a shuttle bus in the shipyard when a knee gave out. The employee fell and landed on the right hand, fracturing the right wrist and breaking the left tibia.

An employee was removing a tube from a mixer pump when the pump shifted and crushed the employee's finger between the plunger and the stop, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
An employee was rigging depleted gas bottles to be removed from a metal dumpster. A forklift's forks came down to retrieve the bottles. They caught his right middle finger against the rim of the dumpster, causing the amputation of the fingertip.
