On June 30, 2017, an employee was carrying a door panel after removing it from a vehicle body when he tripped and fell. The door panel then struck and partially amputated his fingertip.
On September 24, 2020, an employee was injured when the tugger he was operating was struck by a second tugger. The employee was hospitalized for rib fractures.
