An employee was placing a car on a transport trailer. While descending the ladder, the employee lost balance and fell injuring the right elbow and knee.
The employee was unloading a car from a car hauler. He was standing between the car and a fence strapping down the car. He lost his balance and his arm was caught on a piece of metal protruding form the fence resulting in a four-inch laceration on his right forearm.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
