Final narrative
An employee was working on a hydraulic crane when part of the crane came down and smashed the employee's finger, resulting in amputation of the right index fingertip.
Employees were installing a luffing jib to the end of a crane boom. The employees were lining up four pins when the luffing jib came loose and struck an employee's legs. The employee's left tibia and fibula were fractured.
