An employee completed a shift during which she moved patient beds and stretchers. While at home, the employee experienced back pain and went to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with spinal fractures.

An employee was lifting and carrying a heavy box. After putting the box down, the employee had back pain and weakness in their left leg. They were hospitalized, having suffered a back sprain.

An employee sustained a lower back strain while assisting a client who was about to fall.

An employee was turning over a patient and felt a pull in her abdomen. The employee sustained a hernia.

An employee was working to remove an existing window from a customer's home. The employee was descending an extension ladder when they fell backward onto a concrete patio. The employee sustained head trauma and fractures to their shoulder, ribs, and a vertebra.

An employee was painting the exterior of a house when they fell approximately 12 feet from a ladder. They landed on the ground and sustained a fractured right ankle.

An employee climbed a ladder onto a roof, then stepped from new roof sheathing onto a tarped section of old roof, and fell to the ground. The employee suffered fractures to their pelvis, vertebrae, and the left wrist. The employee was hospitalized.

The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.
