An employee was performing maintenance on the underside of an airplane wing and was standing on a pump stand. When finished, he turned and fell from the stand onto the chain guards. The chain guard broke at the attachment to the stand and the employee fell approximately 7 feet to a concrete floor. He sustained an open gash head injury, fractured ribs, and fractured vertebrae.

An employee was pulling on a bale of corrugated cardboard boxes that were on a conveyor. The straps on the bale failed and the employee fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured femur and/or hip.

On December 27, 2023, an employee was delivering mail to an apartment complex when their knee gave out and they fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a left tibia fracture.

After repairing a piece of industrial equipment, an employee had brake-cleaning liquid on his gloves. A lighter ignited the liquid, and the employee's hands were severely burned.
