An employee was standing on the second or third rung of a ladder and using a drill overhead to make a hole for a vent when he hit the back of his head on concrete, suffering a concussion.
An employee was utilizing an extension ladder to reach the work area. The employee fell 20 feet from the ladder to the ground below resulting in hospitalization with injuries to the back and ankle.
An employee was unhitching a trailer and was putting it on a block when the trailer rolled off. The jack stand came off the block and landed on the employee's right foot, amputating his right big toe.
