An employee was clearing dough off a sensor while standing on an elevated platform for a divider. As he was descending a stairway from the divider, he slipped and reached for the guardrail. The guardrail disconnected from the platform, and he fell to the ground, hitting his head. He suffered head trauma and brain bleeding.
