An employee was walking in the dry dock area when she caught her left foot on a trash bin, tripped and fell. She fractured her elbow and required hospitalization and surgery.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
