An employee was feeding plastic into a sealing machine and amputated the right middle and ring fingers.
On July 1, 2024, an employee was using a tool to unclog the chute of the dicer machine when the tool caught on one of the inside blades, causing the tool to jerk upward and pinch the employee's finger between the tool and the top of the chute. The employee sustained an amputation to their left index fingertip/fingernail.
