Two employees were loading a roll of plastic film into a machine. The machine cycled while one of them was dislodging stuck film from it; its forming bucket moved upward and pinched the employee's right hand against the forming head severely injuring the fingers and resulting in an amputation. The machine was guarded at the time.

On July 1, 2024, an employee was using a tool to unclog the chute of the dicer machine when the tool caught on one of the inside blades, causing the tool to jerk upward and pinch the employee's finger between the tool and the top of the chute. The employee sustained an amputation to their left index fingertip/fingernail.
