On February 14, 2018, around 5:40 a.m., an employee was walking through the plant when a rope from an empty laundry sling tangled around her foot/ankle. The employee bent over attempting to remove the rope from her foot/ankle, lost her balance and fell to the ground. She was hospitalized for a hip fracture.

An employee opened the front door to a commercial dryer to add some garments. The dryer did not turn off when the door was opened. Garments in the dryer caught her arm, twisting it and tearing tendons in her hand.
