On 3/22/2018, an employee was clearing bottles from a conveyor when her finger was caught in the sprocket and pulley mechanism at the junction between the conveyor and the machine, resulting in a finger amputation.
An employee was cleaning glass from under a conveyor belt using a broom. Her left arm was caught and pulled into the conveyor roller, where it was trapped. The arm was broken, as was a finger on her left hand.
