A driver was loading a trailer. The driver fell out the back of the trailer and fractured his left elbow on the ground. The employee was hospitalized.

On May 23, 2024, an employee was strapping freight inside of a trailer when he fell out of the trailer. The employee sustained head trauma and injuries to his left big toe and right elbow.
